    Will you walk on uneven path covered with irregular small stones?
    If the answer is yes in above two questions, you need a thick sole of trekking shoe(non slippery). There are two types of shoes for this purpose ...
    1) Heavy but durable
    2) light but not durable
    For this purpose, I prefer durable : I have a pair of Rockport shoes(Vibram sole) and a pair of Timberland Shoes( Vibram sole)
    
    If walking on the soil path or asphalt path (瀝青路), any types of sport shoes (non slippery)are ok.
