四念處是唯一的道路能使眾生清靜,超越憂悲,滅除苦惱,得正道,證涅槃.
四念處是如實觀察身,受,心,法;勤奮,有覺知,有念,以此來清除世上的貪著和苦惱.
(譯本二)寧樂
只有一種方法-四念處,能令眾生得到清靜,超越哀愁,了結痛苦憂悲,得入正途,得證入滅.

四念處是努力退去世俗的貪戀與苦惱後,把覺知及念住放於身處來觀察著身;放於受處來觀察著感受;放於心處來觀察著心,放於法處來觀察著法.

四念處是唯一的路可使眾生清靜,超越憂愁悲傷,滅除身心痛苦,成就正道,現證涅槃.
四念處是以熱誠,正知,正念安住身體,觀察身體;安住感受,觀察感受;安住在心,觀察心法;安住於法,觀察法境;從而對世間的貪欲自律,減少精神痛苦.

看完巴利文翻譯組學報,...
創刊號- 大般涅槃經-佛佗涅槃前後的紀錄
第二期- 大念處經-四念處,八正道

我覺得它是適合我閱讀的文體-用字簡單,清楚;沒有簡單複雜化.
每個人都應該閱讀這最原始版本-用巴利文記錄佛佗的說話/教導.
不會嚇怕那些想要了解佛教/佛法的人,因為誰可以閱讀中文字就可以了解百分之九十九以上的內容.

應該要令它廣為人知 ...

P.S. 拿著這本書,內心充滿愉悅感覺,好像要在山頂上叫喊來通知大家,...
沒有必要在艱深,繁複字裡行間去了解佛法

Once upon a time, a group of cockroaches could live in a house happily.
no need to worry any enemy to attack them.
Why?
It is because the couple are Buddha's students.
They will not kill creatures.

One day, a cockroach's natural enemy suddenly appeared, It is a gecko.
Since the appear of the gecko, the quantity of cockroaches are gradually decreasing.

What does one learn from this story?

For me, ...

Everything is changing. No matter it is good or bad.
Who knows when the good luck comes and the bad luck starts.



從前，有一群蟑螂可以愉快地生活在一所房子裡。沒有必要擔心任何敵人攻擊它們。
為什麼呢？
因為這對夫婦是佛陀的學生。他們不會殺死所有生物。

有一天，突然有一隻蟑螂的天敵出現，它是一隻壁虎。
自從出現了壁虎，蟑螂的數量正在逐步減少。

這個故事可發啟了什麼?
對我來說，...

一切都在變化。不管是好還是壞。
