1 months old puppies urgent need to find foster and home

My friend was found four puppies around 1 months old at Shenzhen Western on Hong Kong Boarding, they are no mother dog to feeding them. So pity, therefore, top urgent to find the foster to saved them now caused by they are existing at outdoor area.
