It is one of the three cookings of the vegetable.
After tasting above vegeatble,I miss the vegetables which I grew years ago.
Fresh(新鮮),smooth(滑) and tender(嫩) appear in above vetgetable and those grown by me.
Delicious!
The texture(口感) is good. The smell looks like Spinach.
