vegetarian fried rice noodles (三絲炒米粉) Oct. 2008 (Revised)

Ingredients : Sliced dried bean curd, sliced cucumber and red carrot,sliced dried mushroom,Green Bean sprout, rice noodles.
After the dried mushroom was washed with a little bit corn starch, they soak with water eight hours.
We should slice the mushroom,cucumber,red carrot and dried bean curd very thin, so they will match with the rice noodles.
材料: 豆腐乾絲,青瓜絲,紅蘿蔔絲,冬菇絲,芽菜,米粉
冬菇用豆粉洗乾淨後, 要浸八小時.
各樣材料切絲要幼細,才與米粉配合
