我怎樣解決我「寒背」的問題 Oct. 2008

My back bends towards the front, so I cannot sit in meditation normally and comfortably.
We have to sit and walk properly in order to have a proper pose.
The physio tolds me to do the exercise below :
updated later.

I also have an idea to do the exercise below while I am siiting in meditation........

It is improved after doing the above exercises a few days.
I think, sitting in meditation and doing Pilates can help us a lot.
Of course, everyone should consult the physio whether one is suitable to do above exercise.
