assorted peppers, pork cube, mushroom with olive oil (欖油,雜椒,豬丁,冬菇)
After the mushroom is soaking 8 hours, its texture becomes very smooth

I cut it into a small cube

The Australian pork chop was purchased on Jan. 2 2009(used by Jan. 2).
It is HK$160 per kg. That means it is 50 percentage off.
Its size is equivlant to two pieces of local pork chop
I cannot tell what its difference with that in local.

8 taels bean sprout (豆苗)
The cost of this 8 taels bean sprout = 10 taels (with stem) = HK$ 7.5
but in restaurant it may be HK$ 55/60 per dish
It costs HK$ 20 per catty for all bean sprout.

8 taels bean sprout (豆苗) after removing 2 taels of stem . It is HK$12 per catty.
