The chicken at here is full of chicken aroma, the meat texture is good as well.
Most of the fat under the chicken skin disappear.
The ckicken aroma comes from it's skin.
Do not eat too much skin.
I prefer to tatse it without sauce as the chicken aroma is much more prominent and not so salty.
