This skink (石龍子) is not afraid of human being

I saw it in September 2006 at Braemar hill . It was wandering by the side of a pavilion near Sir Cecil's Ride. It was not afraid of human being. It was walking towards me. It stopped at two feet away from me and raised its head.
It's lenght is approximately 24cm from head to tail.
I think that somebody has been feeding it.
