Post-war residential building

I t is a post-war residential building. It was built after the Worid War II . It has Different size of balconies. All the windows in this building have been already changed into a modern type.
Can you see some small pillars on both side of the front on each floor? It was a balcony at the beginning. It has been changed into a room. It means that there were no windows above the pillars.
It is located at corner of Centre Street and Des Voeux Road West.
