究竟我們吃了什麼落肚 ... Sept. 2011

幾年前,當一個美國蘋果去皮後,在果肉面或多或少都有一些褐色的斑點(有時,它有五仙那麼大),即使它的表皮看上去是如此新鮮。
但是斑點沒有出現在加拿大或新西蘭蘋果。
近年我買的加拿大或新西蘭蘋果在去皮後也有一些褐色的斑點。
今晚,這個新西蘭蘋果,它看起來很新鮮,但實際上它裡面是壞的(另一個在同一時間買的就沒有爛心)。

還有一個特別的現象 ......

去皮後,44分鐘之後,整個果肉表面不會變成棕褐色。在過去,它不會不變色的。
這意味著......
我們吃的蘋果...

... 不是一個如多年前的蘋果-去皮後會變色的。

這令我想到......
現今,人們總是把什麼,什麼塗到皮膚上,或食健康食品/補充劑,以便看起來很健康...
但人們混淆了因和果。
健康的樣子應來自健康的器官/身體,健康的生活和心靈,新鮮的食物,適當的運動,沒有添加的 ...

This makes me think of ......
Nowadays, people always apply something to the skin, or eat healthy foods /Supplements, in order to look healthy ...
But people confuse cause and effect...
Healthy look should come from a healthy organ / body, healthy mind and living, fresh food, proper exercise, no additives ...
