Quinoa(藜麥) Jun. 2011

Since I tasted the quinoa at Life Cafe, we cannot find it out from supermarkets.
On Wednesday, Hiker's wife bought it at Citysuper, IFC.
HK$35 per pack(454gram)

Yesterday night dinner, a tablespoon of quinoa was added to the rolled oat cranberry porridge(it was needed to precook several minutes), some luttece and a dragon Boat's Festival rice dumpling(the expiry day is June 10 but yesterday night is June 16 2011)

No problem as it was placed in the freezer at May 29 2011.
Quinoa and rolled oat porridge are the perfect mix and match as one is coarse and one is smooth.
