What is social enterprise (什麼是社會企業) Nov.29 2011

What is social enterprise :
There is no universal definition of social enterprise (SE).

In general, an SE is a business to achieve specific social objectives
such as providing the services (such as support service for the elderly) or products needed by the community,

creating employment and training opportunities for the socially disadvantaged,
protecting the environment, funding its other social services through the profits earned, etc.

Its profits will be principally reinvested in the business for the social objectives that it pursues, rather than distribution to its shareholders.

什麼是社會企業 :
社會企業（社企）沒有統一的定義。

一般而言，社企是一盤生意，以達致某種社會目的，例如提供社會所需的服務（如長者支援服務）或產品、為弱勢社羣創造就業和培訓機會、保護環境、

利用本身賺取的利潤資助其轄下的社會服務等。社企所得利潤主要用作再投資於本身業務，以達到既定的社會目的，而非分派給股東

生有時,死有時, ... Nov. 2011

以前我不熟悉是否有這回事.

也許近年禪修的關係,...
靜心帶來了較好的觀察力/心思.

近日在新界出席一個新書發佈會,
在會上的自助餐場地裡,
偶遇壁虎/鹽蛇仔/小鹽.

有人告訴我有一條鹽蛇在我的右腳.
我以為在我的鞋面上,但我無法找到它.
原來它在鞋掌與鞋跟之間的罅隙裡.
剛剛可以容納它的罅隙,淺淺的只有四毫米高,二十毫米闊,九十毫米深,
即H 4mm x W 20mm x D 90mm.
鹽蛇仔身長六十五毫米,即65mm.

相信是在我時行時站立期間爬進去.
其實只要稍微移動一下右腳,它就會變成?餅.

為避免稍後餐會上眾人的鞋子將它踏扁,
我嘗試引導它到一個安全的地方但不成功.
最後為有把它拿起來放到別的地方去.
當拿起它尾巴時,它突然與身體分離.
分離了的尾巴還會左右擺動一分鐘有多,
它身體則躲在門與牆的角落裡.
暫時損失了一條尾巴但保著性命.

所以塞翁失馬,焉知非福.
有時禍福是很難考量.正因為不知道什麼時候離開,如一些智者說,...

好好把握每一天去處事,只有這一天,...
願人人每一天都有所得著.
P.S. 事後想到可以使用一張紙把它移到別處,可避免失去一條尾巴.

a sharing ... Nov. 2011

Recently, I have some feelings after taking photos in a gathering.

If I want to have some good photos ...
I should have relative skill, experience,tools-camera and lens.

If applying the similar factors to another task ...

we still need the similar factors.
If all these factors are at higher marks, then having a better result is much more easy.

Money can buy tools, but not experience and skill.

We need time  to accumulate all of them..
So, our mind  also need to purify for better vision.

    在柏架山道的打架事件/Fights at Mount Parker Road Nov. 2011

    嘟嘟, 嘟嘟, 嘟, ...
    現在新聞簡報,今日上午十一時五十一分發生打架事件.地點是在柏架山道近大風坳.
    他們扭作一團,在地面上滾來滾來,因此我看不清楚他們的樣子.
    當他們停止滾動,互相對歭時才看到他們的樣子,也同時拍了多張照片.
    當越來越多的人圍觀,他們也慢慢地散去.
