Never seen anything like this
How very cool is this?
Some of you might have heard me talk about doing this at Cushing Park in September or October when the hummingbirds were swarming to fill up for the long flight. It was really a neat experience. S
Subject: Hummingbird Lane HUMMINGBIRD LANE
This is something I have never seen before. This woman lives in a Hummingbird fly zone. As the hummingbirds migrated, about 20 of them were in her yard. She took the little red dish from the hummingbird feeder, filled it with sugar water and this is the result. The woman is Abagail Alfano of Pine, Louisiana - she has been studying the hummingbirds daily. One morning she put the little red cup filled with sugar water in her hand; as they had gotten used to her standing by the feeder, they came over to her hand. She says in touching they are as light as a feather.

Pretty neat, huh? These pictures are amazing. I do hope that the pictures travel through cyber space successfully!
P.S. It is transferred from my friend's email. Thanks!
