A special porridge/congee(一碗特別的粥) Jul. 2011

今天,在粥店,我不斷攪拌碗裡的粥七分鐘,以降低其溫度...

Today, at a porridge/congee shop,I keep on stirring a bowl of porridge seven minutes in order to lower its temperature, ...

...... it is strange / 很奇怪 ??? ......

在過去,在粥店或者家裡不停攪拌一碗粥,不用五分鐘,米和水會分離.

如今,在一些粥店,攪拌一碗粥分鐘後,米和水不會分離.

為什麼?

這是技巧還是添加什麼進去造成的 !?!?!
如果是添加劑, ...
是合法還是非法 ???
是有益健康的或是不健康的 ???
可有人調查一下嗎?

In the past, the porridge/congee shop or at home, keep stirring a bowl of porridge, less than five minutes, the rice and water will separate.
Now, in some of the porridge/congee shops, after stirring a bowl of porridge seven minutes, rice and water will not separate.

Why?

Is it because of skills or additive !?!?!
If it is additive, ...
Is legal or illegal ???
Is healthy or unhealthy???
Can someone investigate it ?
