Assorted vegetable :
Ingredients : fresh tomato, dried tomato,cucumber(half),vegetable(九菜花),fungus(雲耳),olive oil
Cooking sliced fresh tomato five minutes, then add sliced cucumber,one tea spoon salt.
when the sliced cucumber become 70 % soft, add dried tomato cube.
It is ready after boiling three minutes.
using another pan, add olives oil one tablespoon, sliced ginger,pouring in the fungus,
after boiling three minutes, pouring in vegetable(九菜花)
after boiling another three minutes, it is ready.
mixing the content of two pans into one.add 1.5 tablespoon oliver oil.
hint : The half cucumber was wrapped with a plastic bag inside a refrigerator a week. some of the water was extracted from the cucumber, thererfore, its texture looks like the dried jellyfish(水母).
雜菜 :
材料: 欖油,鮮番茄,番茄乾,青瓜(半個),雲耳,九菜花,薑片
鮮番茄切片,番茄乾切粒,青瓜切絲,
首先煮鮮番茄,薑片,五分鐘,然後放青瓜絲,一茶匙鹽,當青瓜絲有七成軟時放番茄乾粒,三分鐘後關掉火.
用另一個平底鍋,放半湯匙欖油,薑片,雲耳,煮三分鐘後放九菜花,再煮三分鐘後關掉火.
將兩碟倒成一碟,然後放一湯匙半欖油,混和後便成.
這半個青瓜(未切)用膠袋袋好,放進雪櫃下隔一星期,部分青瓜的水分被抽乾.最後令青瓜絲變成像海?的口感.
雜菜 (assorted vegetable) ..... Yummy!
餘下的汁(assorted vegetable sauce) ......
........ 與壓爛後的煲湯豆 (beans come from the bean soup) .......
....... 變成這樣 (sauce plus bean paste).......
...... 最後與飯混和後就變成這樣的豆飯(the bean rice is ready after mixing with rice)
