1/3 cucumber
1/6 Japanese Pumpkin
1 eggplant
3 tablespoons Quinoa
2 pieces dried tomato
Cooking :
cleaning quinoa with tape water
after soaking quinoa with 5 tablespoon tape water 15 minutes, adding pumpkin
turning into small fire after boiling
turning off the fire until the quinoa goes into transparant
but the center is white.The diameter of the white is approximately 1mm to 1.5.(At this stage quinoa still absorbs water so little water should be left for it ,the lid should be on the pan)
after 15 to 20 minutes, the white should disappear and no water left in the pan - It is perfect
cooking cucumber,eggplant and dried tomato with oliver oil,sugar, salt
at last it is ready to serve after mixing all of them.
