Hi! I would like to share with you my experience and hope it can give you some help.
While 1) lying on bed, or 2) sitting on a chair or 3) 打坐(me is 散盤), I sing Do, Re, Me, Fa, So, La, Chi; Each sound repeats seven times. You can do how many cylces as you like. No need to sing too loud.You can feel the sound wave going through your body.
I feel so relaxed after this practice.
I have tried 1 and 3. I feel, 3 is better to me.
Today I tried 30 minutes with position (3)
