We followed the 4 hours course (from スコトン岬 to 浜中) : http://www.rebun.info/stay/c_guide2.html

It was windy and no flowers but the landscape was beautiful.

Taking the 8 hours course is the best choice, I think.

北の4時間コース


	8時間コースのうち、とくに花のきれいところだけをのんびりと歩くコース。島の最北端にあたるスコトン岬からゴロタ岬、鉄府海岸を通って西上泊（澄海岬）までは8時間コースの序盤と同じ。西上泊からは車道（左図の黄色の部分）を通って、浜中へ出る。浜中からは路線バスで香深方面へ戻ればよい（船泊までならば、浜中から歩いても30分ぐらい）。また、西上泊へは、香深・船泊方面から1日2本だけ路線バスも通じている。昼過ぎにスコトンをスタートして西上泊までのんびりと歩けば、西上泊から夕方16時過ぎの路線バスで船泊・香深方面へ戻れる（西上泊～浜中間はただの舗装路で、歩いてもさほどおもしろいところではない）。なお、スコトン～西上泊の案内はこちら（8時間コースその1）をご覧ください。

■8時間コースまともな道路のない礼文島西海岸をまる1日かけて歩く、花あり、山あり、海ありのトレッキングコース
■北の4時間コース8時間コースのうち、花のきれいなところだけをのんびりと歩く
■南の8時間コース島南部のお花畑を歩く
■礼文林道とその周辺礼文島内陸部を歩く。ポイントは花と利尻岳
■礼文岳登山礼文島の最高地点へ。気軽に登れるハイキングコース
