Uncle Chi told me how to grind the corn and make a corn soup.
I change it's usage, put it as a sauce.
瑤柱,玉黍,西蘭花,紅蘿蔔汁元貝
材料 :
瑤柱仔 : 4pcs
元貝 : 5 pcs
玉黍 : 1 pc
西蘭花,紅蘿蔔,鹽 : little
水 : 四湯匙
1) 煲湯用的瑤柱仔,浸水弄碎去沙,用兩湯匙水浸著備用
2) 元貝解凍後備用
3) 用薑磨把玉黍變成漿狀, 加兩湯匙水
4) 少許鹽
5) 少許西蘭花的花,紅蘿蔔碎,裝飾用
6) 少許 cream/milk, if you like
cooking sequence :
Cooking (1) until the smell coming out
Placing (2)
Pouring (3) when (2) is 50% done
Add (4) and (5)
When you know that the (1) is done, pouring cream /milk if you like
