5w) 立山黒部 : Toyama (富山) ---> Nagoya(名古屋)

At last the nightmare arrived when we stepped into the down town of Toyama.
I planned to go to kanasawa (金沢) or Noto peninsular (能登半島) after Tateyam Kurobe (立山黒部).
The bad news is " 滿員 "... " 滿員 " ....... " 滿員 "......... all the accommodations in Kanasaw,Toyama,Noto Peninsular are full.
The Tourist Information counter, in front of the Toyama station, sticked a notice on the glass of the counter ................ " All hotels in Toyama are full "
At this moment, we did not know why .
We decided to return to Nagoya which is not a tourist point,. It is a business city. I can find an acommodation easily. We arrived Naogoya at xx : xx.
Autaully, It is not. I did ask the Koban(police station) which was next to the Nagoya JR Station. They only gave me a tourist informatiom leaflet which was full of hotels information. I had asked the hotels/inns which were 30 minutes by train away from Nagoya.
The answers were " 滿員 "... " 滿員 " ....... " 滿員 ".........
My wife said " the leavelet is useless as everyone who wants a room eagerly, everyone is holding the same leaflet tonight."
at last, We went back to Koban and tried to ask them whether there was a 24 hours manga/coffee shop nearby but all of them went out to patrol.
Waiting in front of the Koban until the 23:30 May 3 2008, we went to the small streets in front of the station. ask the hotels one by one. We tried to find out whether any cancelled booking room is avaliable for us.
Luckiy we found one within 15 minutes of searching........ It costed 10,000 per semi double room.
It costs 8000Yen onlt at normal period. After the check-in, we took the late dinner at once nearby.
Let me tell you why there are so many people here and there on these days .........
It is the golden week in Japan, from May 3 to May 6. We will return to Hong Kong on May 6 2008.
On May 4 2008, after going sightseeing at Nara. we were wandering in department stores at Kyoto near Kyoto JR station. I saw a post sticked on the door glass " All hotels are full in Kyoto "
