  上星期行了五小時山徑, 好像禪修了一樣, 腦袋清靜了, 難怪修行有時要遠離紅塵一下.

08:30 get on the bus at Tung Chung bus terminus(to SMK)

08:45 arrived SMK bus terminus

09:25 arrived the field

09:30 - 10:00 sweeping

10:00 - 11:00 cutting wood

11:10 - 11:35 lunch

11:45 - 12:30 chatting in Pavilion

12:40 - 15:00 cutting wood

14:45 - 15:45 plouging and weeding

15:45 - 16:00 cleaning the back with a towel

16:12 left for the bus terminus at SMK

16:55 arrived SMK but the bus left on 16:50

16:55 - 17:05 walked to the main road to get on a bus( not so crowded) . as luckily, three foreigners got off the bus at this bus stop.

17:20 - 18:20 having a teaner( tea and light dinner) at a Chinese cafe shop

18:30 left for home

P.S. the Nikon Coolpix 8700 was malfunction intermittently.


16:06 the size of the wound is similar to a ten cents coin. the surface of the wound is flat.
( it swollen in mid of March 2012)
