Great information no matter what. We've all worried about "how long is it good" and this gives definite times and ways of keeping foods safe for use. Takes away a lot of guesswork. Especially in the summer months in the hustle and bustle we forget these important things and don't want to have anyone get sick because of an OVERSIGHT.

I am never sure of how long something (e.g. grape jelly)lasts in the fridge. Now I can write the date of purchase on the bottle with a black permanent marker and know when to throw it out. I now realize I was wasting lots of money by throwing out perfectly good food.
