My free style swimming exercise experience June 2009

If one can strengthen his/her arm, he/she can be breathing easily while swimming.
How to strengthen arms?
Standing in the swimming pool near the edge, the water level is at around the stomach.
1) bend forward, the head is just above the water.
Doing the free style strokes 100 time, in total, with two arms.*Exercise A.
2) Floating in water with arms and legs stretching out near the edge of the pool .......
stretching out arms is only for balance, only kicking the legs with one breath * Exercise B
3) standing in the pool, bend forward, doing the A exercise as well but bury one's head into water and doing Breath In & Breath Out simultaneously with arms stroks. * Exercise C
Repeat Exercise A,B,C,according to your ability.
