廣 東 粽 (Cantonese rice dumpling) - June 2007
以下是廣東粽， 分甜鹹兩種。 鹹的如裹蒸粽， 鹹肉粽。 甜的如豆沙粽， 鹼水粽。一般粽的主要材料是糯米。 甜者以蓮蓉，豆沙，棗泥，栗蓉 做甜餡。鹹者以蓮子，百合，栗子，綠豆，冬菇，豬肉，火腿，臘腸，蝦米，鹹蛋黃，干貝，叉燒肉，燒鵝等做餡。
